At OkFunnels, we are committed to providing high-quality marketing and automation tools to help your business grow. We stand behind our products, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

1. 30-Day Refund Guarantee

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of your initial purchase or subscription start date.

  • Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, the request must be submitted in writing within the 30-day window.
  • Scope: This guarantee applies to initial software subscriptions and digital products (e.g., workshops or templates) unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.

2. Non-Refundable Items & Services

While we strive for flexibility, certain costs are non-refundable once the work has been initiated:

  • Ad Spend: Any payments made directly to third-party platforms (like Meta or Google Ads) are non-refundable.
  • Custom Development: Any bespoke coding, Systems Architecture, or API integration work that has been completed and delivered.
  • Completed Consulting: One-on-one strategy sessions or "done-for-you" setup services that have already been performed.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us: Send a request to manish@okfunnels.com (or reach out to us via contact form).
  2. Include Details: Please provide your name, the email address used for the account, and your order/invoice number.
  3. Feedback (Optional): While not required, we appreciate knowing why the product didn't meet your needs so we can improve our systems.

4. Processing Time

Once your request is approved, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.

5. Cancellation of Recurring Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel after the initial 30-day refund period, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied to your account, but partial month refunds are not provided for cancellations made mid-cycle after the 30-day guarantee has expired.
