Welcome to OkFunnels.com. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, funnel-building software, and digital marketing services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Platform
OkFunnels provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for building marketing funnels, lead generation, and automation. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use our services.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Prohibited Content: You may not use OkFunnels to host content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content: You retain full ownership of the data, images, and copy you upload to your funnels. By using the platform, you grant OkFunnels a limited license to host and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Our Platform: All software, templates, proprietary algorithms, and "Market Control System" frameworks provided by OkFunnels remain the exclusive property of OkFunnels. You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our funnel builder.
3. Fees and Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), which will be added to your invoice at the prevailing rate.
- Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
4. 30-Day Refund Policy
As outlined in our Refund Policy, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time purchases. Refund requests made after this 30-day window will not be eligible for a credit, though you may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.
5. Limitation of Liability
OkFunnels is a tool to assist your marketing efforts. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, lead volumes, or revenue increases. We are not liable for:
- Disruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Meta/Facebook Ads API changes).
- Account suspensions on advertising platforms.
- Loss of data due to user error or unauthorized access to your account.
6. Data Privacy & Security
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your lead data. In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, we process your data only as necessary to provide our services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to make timely payments. Upon termination, you will have 7 days to export your lead data before it is permanently deleted from our servers.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the city where OkFunnels' headquarters are registered.
